Onsite IT Service Desk, Desktop Support Technician / Analyst with 3-6+ years of experience including DHCP, Active Directory Azure, O365, VPN, MFA, SCCM, Windows 10, PC Imaging, upgrades for a 6 month contract position.
This position is onsite and pays $25 an hour .
Must be A+ Certified
What you will be doing:
- Remote, helpdesk and desktop support for all issues - hardware, software, application, and imaging
- Remote, helpdesk support through VPN
- Supporting Windows 10 and O365 environment
- PC Imaging using SCCM
- Support using Active Directory Azure, AD Azure, MFA, Multi-Factor Authentication
What you will need:
- 4-7+ years of experience in Technical Support, Helpdesk Support, Remote Support, Desktop Support or Field Support
- Solid experience with DHCP
- Experience with Active Directory Azure, AD Azure
- Experience with remote support through VPN
- Experience with MFA - Multi-Factor Authentication
- Experience with SCCM - System Center Configuration Manager for PC Imaging and Windows migrations
