We are looking for a Senior Corporate Benefits Specialist who will administer and maintain the company benefits. They will act as a liaison between associates, vendors, and HR.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage 401(k) plan annual audits, IRS 5500 filing, weekly funding process, reconciliation, and Non-Discrimination Testing (NDT)
Manage the preparation and compliance of government filings and other tax-reporting requirements, including the Affordable Care Act (ACA)
Lead and manage the Annual Open Enrollment process (i.e., set-up of plan design changes in UKG Benefits Admin, coordinates HR Train the Trainer sessions, etc.). Assisting in the development and delivery of educational materials
Provide responses to Corporate and field HR teams inquiries related to our benefits and procedures in a timely manner
Coordinate and reconcile monthly/weekly billing
Partner with brokers and GSF's Benefits Consultants to understand and solve complex benefits issues
Analyze benefits reports to address errors and collaborating with payroll, HR, and IT teams for effective resolutions
Troubleshoot and resolve file integration issues, error reports, and enrollment system configurations
Provide suggestions for continuous improvements in associates' benefits education and overall benefit processes
Document and maintain administrative procedures for benefits processes
Performs other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education / Experience
Bachelor's degree in psychology, Human Resources, Education, or related field required from an accredited university and/or 4+ years of relevant work experience
