We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Support Specialist to join our expanding team in Greenfield, NH. In this essential role, you will support our valued customers and uphold the high standards they've come to rely on. LOCATION: Greenfield, NH (on-site)
SALARY: $21.00/hourly
SCHEDULE: 8:00AM - 5:00PM (Monday - Friday)
TYPE: Full-time
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Answer phones, record, and relay messages accurately.
Generate and enter weekly KPI reports into our system.
Organize and coordinate company meetings.
Reconcile weekly shipping invoicing.
File vendor bills and customer invoices promptly.
Provide administrative support to management as needed.
Monitor purchase office supplies as needed.
Process credit reference requests for customers applying for payment terms.
Support our outside and inside sales by entering data into lead generation software
Assist with inventory management as requested.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
Proficient in handling phone calls, recording messages accurately.
Strong customer service skills.
Highly organized to handle multiple administrative tasks.
Excellent attention to detail.
Great time management skills to complete recurring weekly reports, reconcile invoices on time, and assist with other support tasks.
Familiarity with basic computer software, Microsoft suites (Word & Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Reliable and punctual
