This client is handles multiple industries and multiple solutions in the Facilities Management space. Role-Specific Responsibilities | What they want
In this role, you will:
Collaborate with the Leadership Team to support two synergistic businesses
Develop and maintain internal controls to minimize business risk
Supervise, coach, and develop accounting and administrative staff
Lead the creation, maintenance, and review of quarterly and annual budgets
Oversee the accurate and timely completion of all account reconciliations
Accurately maintain general ledger and subsidiary systems
Deliver regular financial reports and insights to the CEO and Leadership Team
Manage A/P and A/R processes, account reconciliations, and audits
Oversee compliance with tax filings and liaise with our CPA firm on financial audits
Select and manage financial and administrative vendors
Participate in software implementations and system improvements
Keep accounting policies and procedures up to date

Qualifications | What you'll need
8+ years of accounting/finance experience
Strong attention to detail and proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Power BI, and Microsoft Office (Excel expertise required)
Ability to prioritize and work efficiently under deadlines
Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
