Ultimate Staffing is seeking dedicated and compassionate Administrative Professionals for a full-time, direct hire position. This role is ideal for individuals who are empathetic, highly organized, and committed to providing exceptional service. The position offers a salary range of $41,000 to $43,000 annually and includes fully paid medical, dental, and vision benefits.
Key Details:
Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with the requirement to work every other Saturday (with a compensatory day off during the week).
Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision are fully covered by the employer.
Work Location: On-site.
Primary Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for families, visitors, and vendors, providing compassionate support and addressing any inquiries to ensure a welcoming and positive experience.
Collaborate closely with families and funeral directors to coordinate burial services, including managing plot arrangements, ensuring equipment is properly set up, and completing necessary documentation.
Maintain thorough and accurate records of interments, lot ownership, and other key data using specialized cemetery management software.
Assist in processing financial transactions related to plot sales, interments, and monument installations, ensuring meticulous record-keeping and financial accuracy.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in cemetery or funeral services is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and empathetic approach.
Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail in maintaining accurate records.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings.
Cultural sensitivity toward diverse religious and burial practices.
A valid driver's license is required.
