CRG has launched a search for a Customer Service Representative in the Triad area for a client of ours in the furniture industry. This role will be responsible for answering inbound phone calls, resolving any customer service issues and other duties as assigned. Come work for a company who offers lots of growth opportunities!
Opportunity: Contract to Hire
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:45am-4:45pm
Location: High Point, NC
Compensation: $18/hr.
Responsibilities:
Receive inbound calls and answer customer inquiries.
Provide product information and knowledge to customers.
Process customer orders while monitoring payments, shipments, and generating bills of lading.
Prepare and arrange fabric swatches to be sent out.
Create purchase orders.
Prepare vendor invoices for payment.
Communicate with customers and sales representatives for product updates, order changes, and reporting.
Assist with social media postings on the company's social media platforms.
Complete other tasks and projects as assigned by direct supervisor.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in customer service.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience in the Furniture industry is highly preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
