This role is crucial in ensuring smooth and efficient logistics operations, providing top-notch customer service, and supporting our dispatch and scheduling functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding pickups and deliveries.
Schedule and coordinate appointments for pickups and deliveries.
Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members to ensure timely and accurate service.
Handle a high volume of emails and phone calls with attention to detail and accuracy.
Maintain organization and efficiency under pressure, ensuring all tasks are completed promptly.
Utilize Excel for scheduling and tracking purposes.
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service, dispatch, or scheduling roles.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure.
Proficiency in Excel.
