Job Description:
What are the main functions of this role?
- Calendar management, handling internal and external communications, events and meeting coordination (set up Zoom, conference rooms, venues).
- Prepare meeting agenda, expense reports completion, general administrative duties.
- Required Skill Sets: MS Office Suite - Intermediate to Advanced Skills, Zoom and Teams working knowledge, SharePoint platform, note taking
Desired Skill Sets:
- Flexibility, project and change management, organized, professional, courteous, great internal and external communication skills
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience current/recent Senior level administrative/executive assistance
- Education Level Required: HS Diploma plus some college
