Trustpoint.One is pleased to partner with an Am Law 100 firm in its search for a Legal Office Specialist. This is an immediate need on a temporary basis (full-time hours) and will be out of the Firm's Dayton, Ohio offices.
Estimated duration is approximately 3 months (until mid-February), subject to change according to client needs.
Primary duties of the Legal Office Specialist include but are not limited to:
providing administrative support to legal assistants, paralegals, and attorneys.
entering time for attorneys;
maintaining paper and electronic files;
opening and closing client files;
managing mail;
providing back up receptionist coverage;
answering phones and taking messages;
managing client contacts and emails;
providing other general office support as needed.
The successful Legal Office Specialist will have:
proficiency in Microsoft Office, PDF Converter, and Document Management software;
strong attention to detail;
time management and organizational skills;
ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines;
professional demeanor;
team spirit mindset;
Associate's degree or 1-2 years of related work experience;
1-2 years of related work experience in a professional service firm preferred.
All candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time. Infrequent lifting and carrying of up to 30 pounds.

Estimated Pay Rate: $18-22/hour, commensurate with experience.
37.5 hour work week.
