Provide general administrative support to the Project Department, including managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence
Track project progress, vendor invoices, and payment status of invoices
Manage payroll-related tasks, including tracking timesheets and expense reports
Oversee and update records related to fleet management and company vehicles
Organize and maintain well-structured project files and documentation
Assist with project-related data entry and spreadsheet management
Support in coordinating meetings and events, making travel arrangements as necessary
Prepare and distribute project documents
Complete other assigned tasks related to project tracking, payroll, and administrative duties
Experience:
Administrative Experience (3 years+), preferably in a project-oriented environment
Experience in payroll management, tracking timesheets, and processing expense reports is required
Languages:
English (required)
German and/or Spanish is a plus
