We're partnering with a fiduciary RIA in Atlanta that combines a client-first, holistic approach with opportunities for equity in the firm's growth. This role is ideal for a driven Advisor passionate about both relationship-building and sophisticated wealth solutions.
In this role, you'll be the LEAD Advisor for high-net-worth clients and act as a financial strategist, helping them achieve their goals through comprehensive, bespoke solutions. You'll work alongside a Business Development Officer to onboard new clients, lead financial planning initiatives, and oversee a range of investment and tax planning strategies.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Forge and deepen relationships with HNW/UHNW clients, designing strategies to meet their unique financial needs
Partner with the Business Development team to bring in new clients and guide them through a seamless onboarding experience.
Create and present in-depth financial plans, integrating estate planning, tax mitigation, and philanthropic goals.
Oversee investments, from portfolio rebalancing to trade execution, aligning each step with client objectives.
Serve as a mentor to junior team members, promoting service excellence and best practices across the team.
Drive improvement processes, manage complex investment paperwork, and ensure a flawless client experience.
QUALIFICATIONS:
A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
7-10 years of experience in wealth management with a strong track record in client development
CFP or CFA designation required, Series 65/66 preferred
Deep understanding of financial planning software (like eMoney)
Skilled in communicating complex financial concepts simply, with an entrepreneurial, ownership-driven approach
