Job Description:

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Marketing Manager to join our client's team in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of marketing experience in the architecture, engineering, or construction industry and proven experience managing a marketing team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage marketing operations, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Lead the execution and management of RFPs/RFQs.
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies.
• Manage CRM systems to maintain and enhance customer relationships.
• Coordinate and manage events, ensuring successful execution.
• Handle vendor management, ensuring effective partnerships.
• Oversee campaign and content management, ensuring brand consistency.
• Conduct market research to inform marketing strategies and decisions.
• Position the brand effectively in the market to enhance visibility and reputation.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience.
• Prior experience in the Architecture, Engineering, or Construction industry is preferred.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a marketing team.
• Expertise in handling RFPs/RFQs, developing marketing strategies, and managing CRM systems.
• Proficiency in marketing operations and strategy development.
• Event and vendor management skills.
• Expertise in campaign and content management.
• Strong brand positioning and market research capabilities.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Monday.com, and Microsoft are highly preferred.
