This company supports services like e-commerce fulfillment, warehousing and distribution, with transportation management. They are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team!
Opportunity: Contract
Pay: $19/hour
Location: Des Moines, IA - 100% on site
Hours: Monday-Friday, 3:30pm - 12am
*Occasional overtime and Saturdays required*
Responsibilities:
Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email with questions and concerns
Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner
Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues
Monitor progress of delivery routes
Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps
Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders
Qualifications:
Experience with Microsoft Office programs
1-year related experience preferably within a call center environment
Strong customer service skills and the ability to resolve issues
Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills
