Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and delivering top-notch customer service. The ideal candidate will excel in administrative tasks, be comfortable with multitasking, and maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Interaction: Professionally greet and assist customers, though walk-ins are infrequent.
  • Data Entry: Accurately enter and manage data within our systems.
  • Phone Management: Efficiently handle incoming and outgoing phone calls.
  • Filing System Management: Maintain an organized and accessible filing system.
  • Software Transition Support: Assist in the transition to a new system, ensuring a seamless process.
  • Workflow Management: Oversee office workflow to ensure smooth operations.
  • Email Management: Manage and monitor the company's email inbox.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Professional Standards: Ensure adherence to a professional dress code within the office.

Required Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in office software and email management systems.
  • Experience with QuickBooks (preferred but not required).
  • Insurance license (P/C preferred but not required). The company will support the right candidate in obtaining this license.

Desired Experience:
  • Experience in office management, administration, or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with insurance industry practices is a plus.
  • Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks.

Salary & Benefits:
  • Competitive salary ranging from $30,000 to $35,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
  • Flexible paid time off (PTO) policy, including up to 2 weeks of PTO with sick days included.
  • No formal benefits package, but flexibility is offered for exceptional candidates.

Work Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM, with a one-hour lunch break.
  • Note: This position is in-office only; remote work is not available.
