This position pays: $30.00 - 34.00
Location: Richmond, CA
Schedule: 20 hours per week for 2 months, with potential for extension
What you will be doing:
Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items.
Attend team meetings, including strategy-based discussions, as needed.
Coordinate team schedules and organize meetings.
Complete various administrative tasks, including creating spreadsheets, updating calendar items, and organizing notes and plans.
Research information and organize details on various topics.
Source vendors, make bookings, and arrange payments as required.
What you bring:
Advanced skills in Google Suite
Strong clerical and organizational abilities
