Role: Customer Service Representative - Mahwah, NJ
Type: Temp to Permanent, 100% on-site
Hourly Compensation: $23.00 - $25.00
Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our client's team in Mahwah, New Jersey. The ideal candidate must have experience with Salesforce and will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless order processing experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and enter orders/purchase orders into QuickBooks and Fishbowl from Salesforce
Review credit guidelines and obtain necessary approvals before processing overdue orders
Address and coordinate responses to all customer inquiries, including ship dates, delivery dates, and proof of deliveries
Ensure purchase orders from customers, quotes, and our system pricing are in agreement, resolving any discrepancies with the Sales Team
Issue pick lists to warehouse and responsible teams
Assist customers with any shipping issues that may arise
Create new products in company systems as required
Follow up on tasks and meet deadlines diligently
Provide lead times to internal and external sales customers
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Salesforce is required*
Experience with QuickBooks and Fishbowl is a plus
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
