Position Overview: Our client is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper with a strong background in QuickBooks to manage their financial records and ensure the smooth operation of their accounting functions. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in bookkeeping, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks
Process accounts payable and receivable
Reconcile bank statements and accounts
Prepare financial reports and summaries
Manage payroll and employee reimbursements
Assist with budget preparation and forecasting
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies
Collaborate with attorneys and staff to support financial decision-making
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of bookkeeping experience, with a focus on QuickBooks
Experience in a law firm or professional services setting is preferred
