A large company is growing their Customer Service department and looking for new team members! This team focuses on supporting current customers, offering support and ensuring using product features. To be successful you must be comfortable on the phone, working customers through "how to" instructions and offering support as needed.
Job Duties:
Answer customer calls
Offer technical support to use products etc
Outbound calls to customers to ensure using products
Documenting interactions
Assist team members
Requirement:
1+ Year over the phone Customer Service experience
Strong communication skills, written and verbal
Good technical skills including typing and ability to learn CRM system
Willingness to accept at temp to hire role
