Job Summary: The Investment Administrator will play a crucial role in managing administrative functions, supporting investment planning processes, and ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a basic understanding of investment principles.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to investment planners and management.
Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate travel arrangements.
Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and client communications.
Client Interaction:
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and facilitating communications.
Assist in client onboarding processes and ensure a seamless experience.
Data Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files and investment records.
Support the tracking and reporting of investment performance metrics.
Compliance and Documentation:
Assist with compliance-related tasks, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Help prepare and organize documentation for audits and regulatory filings.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Collaborate with team members to implement best practices and improve workflow.
Qualifications:
Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Experience in an administrative role, preferably within financial services or investment planning. Financial services and investment services are different than banking services.
Familiarity with investment products, financial planning concepts, and regulatory frameworks is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with financial software or CRM systems.
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
