Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.

Contracts experience (ordering/arranging COI certificates, maintaining contract files, etc).
Essential Functions and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Enter new projects/jobs into Salesforce, then push to Foundation to complete job setup
Prepare and maintain project files
Prior to signatures, review subcontracts including but not limited to price, scope, plan dates, and all COI & project requirements and compare to pricing, scope and plans provided to customer in proposal by Neudorfer Engineers.
Once confirmed that requirements can be met and scope, price and plans match, per Neudorfer's proposal, obtain all signatures, COIs, and additional documents required and distribute to customer and parties involved.
Order and arrange distribution of requested COIs per customer and subcontract requirements and any additional revised COIs as required.
Enter change orders into Salesforce
Accounts Payable
Answer Office phone.
Assist with any administrative office duties if needed.
