Business Transactional Attorney Location: Annapolis, MD ( Hybrid )
Salary: $150,000 - $250,000
Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Business Transactional Attorney to provide expert legal counsel and support to our clients in various business transactions. The successful candidate will focus on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, and assisting with the formation of business entities to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate operating agreements and purchase agreements
Assist clients in the formation of various business entities
Provide legal guidance on contract matters and ensure compliance with applicable laws
Conduct due diligence and risk assessments for business transactions
Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored legal solutions
Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting business transactions
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
Minimum of 3 years of experience in business transactional law
Strong knowledge of operating agreements, purchase agreements, and entity formation
Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively
