Currently, we are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager who is a highly strategic, data-driven individual who will lead our digital marketing efforts.

The ideal candidate will have experience in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels and will have a strong focus on driving performance and achieving business objectives such as lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across multiple channels, including social media, paid advertising (SEM/SEO, programmatic/search) CRM, and email marketing.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Analytics & Reporting
  • Create and drive a ROAS optimized acquisition strategy, including setting the social strategy, paid search, paid social, organic, owned media channels, Google search, email marketing, and other digital channels, while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop & execute the digital marketing strategy & analyze data from marketing campaigns to understand performance and trends, present insights, and make recommendations.
  • Measure, track, and interpret key marketing performance metrics (KPIs).
  • Cultivate the A/B testing process from brainstorming, test design, synthesis of results, recommendations based on results, and implementation of those recommendations to optimize marketing campaign effectiveness.
  • Lead entry into new marketing channels and test to optimize existing ones.
  • Utilize Google Analytics data and work with the team to provide user behavior insights.
  • Develop easy-to-use reporting or visualization dashboards (demand funnel, marketing planning and budgeting, marketing ROI, operational efficiency, campaign impact, awareness, events, and strategic KPIs).
  • Effectively communicate complicated analyses to stakeholders through clear and concise reports & dashboards.

Collaboration & Campaigns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and creative teams, to develop integrated marketing campaigns to drive creative testing for marketing efforts.
  • Manage budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC.
  • Contribute to end-of-campaign reports that show the story in the data and be comfortable presenting this information internally.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Experience & Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Five (5) to eight (8) years of experience in a related role or field.
  • Demonstrated success building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, social media and other digital channels.
  • Proven track record of campaign planning, A/B Testing and channel analysis and reporting, including Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and Pinterest.
  • Firsthand experience developing and using analytical dashboards for reporting on marketing campaigns.
  • Experience managing budgets and campaigns.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools required.
  • Consumer products industry experience is a plus.

  • Technology Management: Keeps up to date with technological developments; makes effective use of technology to achieve results.

Technology:
  • Highly proficient with MS Office suite of products.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new software and social media platforms with ease.

In depth knowledge of:

  • Pinterest.

Other
  • Travel Required 15% as business needs warrant.
  • Ability to work extended hours as business needs warrant, may on occasion include nights and weekends.
