Responsibilities:
Lead high-stakes antitrust and unfair competition litigation, including representing clients in both private and government actions.
Advise clients on compliance and proactive strategies to avoid antitrust violations, collaborating closely to understand their strategic business needs.
Manage and respond to investigations by government agencies, providing timely and strategic counsel.
Drive successful outcomes in merger clearance processes, acquisitions, and other competition-sensitive transactions.
Cultivate and maintain strong agency connections, leveraging industry insights to anticipate and address potential regulatory challenges for clients.
Collaborate across practice areas to provide comprehensive support to clients in sectors like technology, healthcare, financial services, and more.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active California Bar admission.
Extensive experience in antitrust litigation, with a robust understanding of federal, state, and international antitrust laws.
Proven success in complex antitrust litigation and a track record of positive client outcomes.
A strategic mindset with a proactive approach to identifying client needs and anticipating challenges.
Demonstrated experience working with clients in diverse industries such as technology, finance, pharmaceuticals, retail, and energy.
