We are seeking a full-time Managing Partner to join our growing team. This is a leadership role for our high-volume, restaurant with a casual but energetic dining concept. Our dishes and customer focused service compliment the menu in an eclectic atmosphere. A strong presence in the restaurant as well as great attention to detail and to each guest experience is key in this position.

Primary Responsibilities:
Manage daily restaurant operations with a focus on flawless execution, increasing profit, and enhancing the guest experience.
Understand and execute an action plan to achieve goals.
Build and lead strong teams, including recruiting, hiring, employee development, engagement, and retention.
Interact with a very diverse population of guests and team members, ensuring superb guest service.
Oversee and ensure that restaurant policies on employee performance appraisals are followed and completed on a timely basis.
POS and cash handling expertise in a restaurant setting.
Complete understanding of financials including P&L, budgets, forecasting, reporting, inventory, and food & labor cost.
Must have guest focused approach and desire to provide excellent customer service.
Experience strategies that drive sales while controlling cost.
Requirements:
Must be able to read, write and speak English sufficiently to effectively communicate with supervisors, employees, and guests.
Proficiency in various software applications.
Proven track record working independently and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.

Background Check and Drug Testing:
Upon receipt of an offer of employment, candidates must complete a criminal background check and a required drug testing within 24 hours. All testing will be conducted by a licensed independent medical laboratory, which will follow testing standards in accordance with state law.
