We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager with strong AutoCAD skills to join our team. This is an office-based role focused on transforming client design concepts into production-ready specifications for manufacturing and installation. You will oversee projects from intake through completion, working closely with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Interpret client requirements and design concepts, transforming them into feasible, manufacturable solutions.
Develop detailed AutoCAD drawings and specifications for use by manufacturing teams and contractors.
Coordinate with subcontractors for tasks such as crane operations and installation of signage, including high-rise structures.
Analyze existing signage structures and design systems to incorporate new components, materials, and lighting.
Manage multiple projects concurrently, including smaller, quick-turn assignments and larger, high-complexity projects.
Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and logistical coordination, ensuring timely and cost-effective project delivery.
Conduct site evaluations, take measurements, and document necessary details to ensure accuracy in design and installation.
Communicate regularly with clients to ensure designs meet expectations while addressing any logistical challenges.
Requirements:
Proven experience in project management within construction, aerospace, mechanical, or related industries.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and an ability to translate creative ideas into practical designs.
Strong mechanical mindset, capable of solving complex design-to-production challenges.
Ability to manage multiple projects of varying complexity, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with creatives, contractors, and clients.
Knowledge of materials, hardware, and structural systems used in manufacturing and installation.
Prior experience in a mechanical, construction, or aerospace environment preferred.
