Role Overview:
As the Restaurant Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs for both front and back-of-house staff, ensuring they consistently deliver the high level of service our guests expect. This includes leading structured classroom-style sessions as well as hands-on training to instill our hospitality standards, operational efficiency, and dining etiquette. You will collaborate with management to assess training needs, mentor staff on best practices, and make ongoing adjustments to training programs based on effectiveness. By guiding staff on customer service, upselling techniques, and dining protocols, you'll play a key role in enhancing the guest experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Extensive restaurant experience, especially within upscale or fine dining
Demonstrated loyalty and commitment, with at least 3+ years at a single location.
Strong background in formal training, especially in classroom or meeting-style settings; teaching experience is a plus.
