You will work alongside the Director of People Operations to support the ongoing development of key initiatives around the organization's mission, vision, strategic plan and values. You will serve as the primary support for day-to-day tactical People Operations functions. You will THRIVE in this high-performance, collaborative work environment working through a lens of diversity and inclusion.
A day in the life:
Under the guidance of the Director of People Operations establish, document and deliver HR policy and practices maintaining compliance under HR laws and regulations in relation to performance management, employee relations, DEI initiatives and more.
Maintain data integrity and improve HRIS tool.Experience with Paylocity necessary.
Support ongoing and annual audits being able to extract and interpret reports, data and analytics.
Point of contact to employees in multiple states regarding 401k, open enrollment, benefits administration, COBRA, unemployment and any other HR, payroll and benefit related questions and reporting requirements.
Oversee outsourced payroll provider ensuring accurate payroll procession and compliance with compensation guidelines.
Assist the Director to identify ongoing training and development opportunities.
Support and lead on all tactical HR functions including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, benefits and more.Think HR Ninja!
Report to the office in Beaverton once a week for mail, scanning of critical documents and required meetings.
Your areas of knowledge and expertise:
5+ years' experience working as a Senior HR Generalist with emphasis on HR project management
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field as well as HR certification preferred
Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices across multiple states and resources to utilize as needed
Paylocity experience required
Experience utilizing project management tools and resources
Able to demonstrate strength in writing and editing skills
Collaborative and thorough communication skills across multiple platforms
Professional confidence to work with senior leaders
Experience working in a remote environment with team members spread over multiple time zones
Strategic, logical and decision-making skills required
