Industrial Communications, conveniently located just off Route 3 in Marshfield, MA is an established and diverse wireless communications company providing communications services and solutions to businesses, public safety, and government agencies throughout New England and South Florida.
We are looking for an Office Administrator/Customer Relations to provide administrative support to the organization's diverse needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Daily Cash receipts administration which includes ACH, check, credit card transactions.
Monitoring company credit card transactions
AMEX & Gas cards
Petty cash
Assisting with customer billing
Supporting Sales and Service administrative functions
Sales/Service order tracking
Database management
Tracking refunds/credits
Inventory management and organization
Maintaining database
Perform monthly audits
Cross training in related areas as needed, based upon business needs
Answers multi-line telephone system and respond to customer inquiries, routing calls to appropriate people
Maintaining office supplies, stock supply stations and other office areas.
Assists with special projects for departments across the organization as needed.
Excellent computer skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suites, Excel
Experience with business enterprise operating systems (e.g., SAP is a plus)
Salesforce (Not required but is a plus)
Self-directed and works well independently
Organized and detail oriented
Prioritizes tasks in a fast-paced environment
"Client Focused" with strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information
Team player
Education:
Associate degree or higher in Business/Accounting is a plus
