Responsibility for nursing standards and practice. Directs hospital nursing activities within context of hospital policies and procedures. Develops and implements overall nursing plan consistent with hospital policies and objectives, to provide continuous nursing care and services. 150 employees with 4 Supervisors and 1 Nurse Manager.
Licensed RN with a BSN, Masters preferred.
3+ years of leadership experience in an acute care setting.
BLS required.
ACLS required within 6 months of hire.
Prior experience in Joint Commission preparation and survey process.
