Our client, an internationally renowned non-profit dedicated to conserving the natural environment, is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide a high-level of administrative support to the senior leadership team. The assignment requires a time commitment of at least 1 to 3 months. The position is hybrid in Washington DC.
Job Responsibilities
Calendar Management
Scheduling meetings across multiple geographies and time zones
Reserving conference rooms
Coordinating travel arrangements domestically and internationally
Setting up video conference calls
If needed, ordering catering
Writing/Research
Taking meeting notes
Drafting, editing, or proofreading correspondences, memos, or presentations
Gather materials needed for meetings to make sure deliverables are met
Other Duties
Manage contracts and budget
Process expenses
Ensure communication and collaboration throughout the office
Information-sharing between internal and external partners
Processing and handling mail
Monitoring and responding to emails
Maintaining files
Ad-hoc support to team members
Experience and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5-7 years administrative experience
At least 3 years supporting member of senior leadership
Ability to problem solve and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Professional oral and written communication skills
Ability to maintain full confidentiality
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to learn new software and technology
Detail oriented, team player
Quick learner who is capable of working independently and making decisions

Pay Range: $38 - $41 per hour based on experience.
