We are looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee high-impact commercial projects with a commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork.
Position Summary:
The Electrical Project Manager will be responsible for managing large commercial electrical projects from inception to completion. This role involves leading a team of estimators and engineers, coordinating with clients and contractors, and ensuring project goals are achieved on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of commercial electrical systems, possess NEC knowledge, and be skilled at managing multiple high-stakes projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage multiple commercial electrical projects including data centers, high-rise residential, healthcare, education, and airport facilities.
Lead a team of estimators and engineers, providing guidance and ensuring team alignment with project objectives.
Establish project timelines, budgets, and resources in alignment with client and company goals.
Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to maintain clear communication and resolve issues.
Ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes (NEC knowledge preferred).
Conduct regular site visits to assess project status, quality, and safety.
Manage procurement, submittals, and approvals required for each project phase.
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
5+ years of experience in electrical project management, specifically in commercial construction projects.
Strong knowledge of NEC (National Electrical Code).
Proven experience in managing teams of estimators, engineers, and other project personnel.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to handle complex project logistics and maintain focus on project goals.
Familiarity with construction project management software.

Demonstrated success managing electrical work for data centers, high-rise residential, healthcare, K-12, and other large commercial projects.
