Position Overview:
The Database Administrator will need a strong background in SQL Server and related technologies. The ideal candidate will act as a vital bridge between both the Finance and IT departments, ensuring smooth and efficient database operations and management across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain SQL Server databases, ensuring high availability and performance.
Handle SQL Server failover management and clustering for business continuity.
Perform SQL Server upgrades and routine maintenance tasks.
Administer SQL Server Management Studio and ensure database security and backup protocols are in place.
Oversee SharePoint administration for seamless collaboration across the organization.
Manage BizTalk server administration for secure and reliable business process automation.
Administer Elite 3E for legal and financial management, ensuring smooth operation and customizations.
Develop and maintain 3E templates and work with Paperless Proforma for invoicing processes.
Work with Chrome River for expense and invoice management.
Administer Microsoft IIS for web server management.
Manage Windows Server environments for database and application hosting.
Write and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and system administration.
Technical Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of SQL and SQL Server Management Studio.
Experience with SQL Server failover and clustering.
Proven ability to manage SQL upgrades and version migrations.
Hands-on experience in SharePoint, Power BI and BizTalk.
Proficiency in Elite 3E, including templates and Paperless Proforma.
Familiarity with Microsoft IIS and Windows Server.
Scripting experience with PowerShell for automation and efficiency.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or relevant work experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Database Administrator.
Strong understanding of financial and legal business processes is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits:
$130,000 to $150,000/year is the salary range the firm may pay for this role. The actual base salary will depend upon several factors that may include, but are not limited to, years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc.
