Required Skills
Degree in Architecture from Accredited University
Architectural licensure required
Proficient in REVIT, 3D software, Bluebeam, Adobe Suite and MS Office
Ability to work independently and in a team environment and collaborate with others
Excellent organizational and research skills
Proficient in and understanding of building materials and techniques
Responsibilities
Report to: Project Manager / Principal in Charge
May assist the Project Manager or lead the following tasks
Meet with clients to gather requirements for projects
Assist with putting the design schedule together
Complete project specific Code Analysis
Coordinate and manage consultant's workflow
Set up project files and drawing sets utilizing firm standards
Work individually and with the team in developing planning and creative-design concepts of a project
Assist with leading and preparing of the documents for SD, DD, and CD
Lead the CA phase for the firm
Work with the specification writer to prepare a complete and accurate project manual
Produces 3D renderings to present the design to clients
