State National's Associate Program is geared towards recent college graduates looking to explore career options within the risk management field - while also having fun! This full-time position is a one- year rotational program within the Program Services branch of State National.

Over the course of the year, one quarter will be spent working in each of the following departments:
Business Development - Market-facing group tasked with evaluating, structuring, and driving potential new business opportunities.
Client Services - Responsible for special projects, program administrative tasks provided by State National, and client relationships.
Compliance - Provides strategic and tactical compliance communications, processes, client and collaborator support.
Reinsurance - Works with the client and program reinsurer to ensure contractual compliance and that funding obligations are met.

Required Qualifications
College graduate as of June 2024, December 2024 or June 2025;
Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills;
Ability to analyze and reason through sophisticated problems and make sound recommendations in a fast-paced environment;
High energy self-starter, good decision maker with an entrepreneurial spirit;?Solid time management skills;
Computer savvy- experience with MS office suite;
Driven nature and strong desire to win;

The base salary offered for the successful candidate will be based on compensable factors such as job-relevant education, job-relevant experience, training, licensure, demonstrated competencies, geographic location, and other factors.
