Our client, an Ivy League University, is looking for an Administrative Coordinator to join their team in Boston! This role is onsite and is a 3-month contract opportunity.
**Contract Duration: 3 Months**
This role coordinates and has direct responsibility for programs, projects, or events. This position also creates and implements administrative systems to manage areas of responsibility such as records, reports, and budgets. A successful candidate will have the opportunity to serve as a main source of information and effectively respond to inquiries from potential customers, participants, and academic collaborators.
Required Skills & Experience
Requires 2 to 3 years of related experience, excellent interpersonal, and communication skills
Experience fielding questions and sharing information with others via email, phone, and in-person
Ability to manage Outlook email and calendars
Desired Skills & Experience
Experience working in a college environment
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and direction
Ability to plan, prioritize, and track work
Basic or better proficiency on common office software
