Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in a related position required.
Jazz Club or Restaurant management and bar operations.
Knowledge of the music business and previous food and beverage management experience is needed.
Passionate about music and the hospitality industry.
Must be able to read, write, and verbally communicate effectively and professionally in English with associates, guests, and leadership.
Must be able to deal with difficult situations and people, while exhibiting a consistent level of professionalism.
Must be flexible with your schedule to be available during Regattabar's hours of operation.
Responsibilities
Managing all areas of the Regattabar operation, including communication with the musicians, by exercising demonstrated knowledge and experience in all areas of jazz club management.
Enable innovation and drive results to successfully deliver on the guest experience in the Regattabar
Provide leadership and strategy to inspire your associates to deliver exceptional service.
Performs any other duties as requested by management.
