Effective facilities management is essential to maintaining safe, functional, and welcoming spaces that support employees and the people we support. By overseeing maintenance, compliance, and daily operations, facilities management ensures that buildings and grounds are well-maintained, efficient, and aligned with organizational needs.
The Manager of Commercial & Corporate Facilities will manage all operations for corporate facilities and commercial space leased to business/commercial tenants. With a focus on customer service, the Manager of Commercial & Corporate Facilities will ensure that all commercial and corporate facilities exceed brand standards and are well maintained with a focus on safety and accessibility. The Manager of Commercial & Corporate Facilities will work cooperatively across the enterprise to meet short and long-term goals.
The ideal candidate is a proactive and experienced facilities manager with a deep understanding of corporate and commercial facility operations. They will excel in overseeing multiple locations, coordinating preventive maintenance, managing tenant relations, and supporting facility enhancements to meet evolving organizational needs. With strong leadership and project management skills, the candidate should also be adept at budget management, security protocols, and sustainability initiatives. A commitment to customer service and workplace safety, along with a collaborative approach and adaptability, will be essential in ensuring that all facilities exceed appearance, functionality, and safety standards.
This position requires a high school diploma or GED and a minimum of five years of experience with progressive leadership experience in multilocation facilities is required.
