Job Description:

This position is responsible for providing assigned residents with routine daily nursing cares in accordance with established facility nursing care procedures as trained and directed by the Director of Nursing (DON), Registered Nurse (RN), Unit Manager and/or other licensed nurse. The CNA is required to report assistance provided with daily cares, and noted changes in a residents physical, psychosocial, mental, or emotional conditions according to community policy and procedure. The Medication Aide provides personal care services, medication passing and treatment to residents.

Dimensions Living Cudahy is looking for experienced Certified Nursing Assistants/Med Techs to provide loving and quality care and service to our residents living in our assisted living community. There are three open positions at this time - two full-time position on AM shift (6:30A-3P) and one part-time position on PM shift (2:30P-11P). There is a requirement to work every other weekend in these roles - no exceptions.
