As our Performance Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring quality, consistency, and operational excellence. Reporting directly to the Chief Administrative Officer, you'll lead a talented Quality Assurance team that raises the bar across process improvement, quality metrics, and training initiatives. This role is crucial for ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and reliability within a 24/7 operation that works tirelessly to support Organ Procurement Organizations (OPOs) and Transplant Centers.
Bringing your experience in Quality Assurance leadership, you'll set and uphold rigorous standards, implement KPIs, and guide continuous improvement strategies in collaboration with department leaders. This position requires a unique blend of strong leadership, analytical thinking, and strategic insight, with a background in process improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) and quality management- emphasizing understanding the process of a team of healthcare professionals. Additionally, you should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, two years of leadership experience, and at least five years in quality assurance, training, and process improvement roles.
