Job Description:

SUMMARY: Employee's primary duties involve daily clerical duties associated with the front desk while greeting people who enter the lobby. This position involves understanding the culture and philosophy of the bank to perform the duties. Employee must demonstrate professionalism and be extremely organized. Due to the nature of this position, remote work is not feasible.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Responsible for scheduling meetings and appointments.
Answering and directing telephone calls.
Preparation of trust documents and reports.
Preparing and assisting with any other work given by other Trust Department Employees as assigned.
Understand and support all BSA/AML responsibilities as applicable to the position as well as consistently, accurately, and timely carry out these responsibilities in compliance with the Bank's internal policies.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation software.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively to customers or employees of organization.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, bonuses, etc.

REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

OTHER SKILLS
Displays creative thinking, not governed by conventional thinking, ability to excel in using available technology, must be extremely organized, possess strong adaptive skill, and able to multi-task well handling multiple projects at different stages simultaneously, must be a self-starter with strong verbal and written communication skills.

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
