Key Responsibilities:
Manage the rental and lease processes for diesel equipment/trucks, including inventory management and fleet maintenance.Develop and implement rental policies and procedures to optimize operations.Oversee customer inquiries, quotes, contracts, and billing processes.Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure all rental equipment/trucks is in excellent working condition.Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to adjust pricing and service offerings.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.Train and supervise staff involved in the rental process.Prepare reports on rental performance and recommend improvements.
Qualifications:
Proven Truck Lease and Rental Management experience (1-3 years' experience preferred.)Strong understanding of diesel equipment and maintenance processes.Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.Proficient in rental management software and MS Office Suite.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Compensation:
$50K-58K Seven paid holidaysVariable compensation opportunities
