A background in customer service and or sales is preferred. However, we hire based on attitude, passion, and personality, so previous customer service or sales experience is not paramount!
This is a very customer-centric role, so you'll need to be confident and comfortable interacting with customers face-to-face where they reside and shop in the Kansas City, MO area. We are looking for individuals that will go above and beyond to deliver and who are determined to be the best.
Customer Service Assistant Responsibilities:
