Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an Office Manager / Hiring Manager. This dual role requires a dynamic individual who can efficiently manage office operations and the recruitment process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in identifying top talent and ensuring the smooth functioning of our office.
Key Responsibilities
Office Manager:
Oversee daily office operations to ensure a productive and well-organized workplace.
Coordinate office activities, such as meetings, events, and employee gatherings.
Address and resolve office-related issues, seeking solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Assist with general accounting tasks, such as creation of purchase orders, placing orders for goods, receipt of goods, invoice entry, and account reconciliations.
Assist senior management with various administrative tasks, including coordinating travel arrangements, schedules, and appointments as needed.
Hiring Manager:
Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract and retain top-tier candidates.
Collaborate with management to understand their hiring needs and create job descriptions that effectively represent each role.
Source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience throughout the process.
Utilize various recruitment platforms, networking events, and professional networks to identify potential candidates.
Conduct reference checks and collaborate with management to negotiate offers and onboard selected candidates.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience as a hiring manager, talent acquisition specialist, or similar role.
Experience in office management and administrative support is desirable.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and employees.
Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity.
