Newly created opening has been created in our dynamic, growing private equity firm client company! We are seeking a professional, experienced admin who can bring strong calendaring, meeting coordination, travel and expense report generation and the flexibility to serve as Office EA/Floater for the team.
Job Outline:
You will cover for anyone in the office for vacations, sick days or workload coverage when things are busy. Additionally, you'll grab lunch for folks on the floor as well to handle day-to-day lighter touch support for three others, help in stocking the kitchen, ordering supplies and ensure all is backed up. Flag orders. Seamlessly handle travel at the partner level.
Experience & Education Required: Preferably 1-2 years of private equity, venture capital, hedge fund or similar experience where you have worked with a dynamic team handling multiple priorities and can capably juggle changing needs as they arise. Strong calendar and travel coordination experience. We seek a 4 year degree, a professional and friendly demeanor and an enthusiasm for administrative support work.
Hours: 9-5 but be flexible to arrive earlier or stay late if a board meeting. 3 days in the office/week.
