We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer with expertise in filter design to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in mechanical engineering, specifically in the design and development of filters for various applications. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in advancing our filtration technology and ensuring the highest standards of product performance.
Responsibilities:
Filter Design and Optimization:
Develop and optimize filters for diverse applications, ensuring efficiency and reliability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate filters into larger mechanical systems
Prototype Development:
Create prototypes of filter designs for testing and validation purposes
Conduct performance evaluations and implement necessary improvements
Research and Development:
Stay current with industry trends, materials, and technologies related to filtration
Drive continuous improvement through innovative design solutions
Testing and Validation:
Plan and execute rigorous testing protocols to validate filter performance
Analyze test results and modify designs accordingly
Documentation and Reporting:
Prepare detailed technical documentation, including design specifications and testing reports per our ISO requirements
Communicate findings and recommendations to the sales & engineering team
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including industrial engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance
Provide technical support to various departments as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
5 years of experience in mechanical engineering with a focus on filter design
Proficiency in CAD software for design and modeling
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Desired Skills:
Familiarity with various filtration media and their applications
Experience with Finite Element Analysis (FEA) tools
