Our client was awarded an NIH program within the National Institutes of Child Health and Development to provide Business Analysis and Management services. This program supports the internal and external operations for NICHD. Internally, consultants will be implementing strategic plans for NIH institutes. Externally, consultants will be supporting scientific programs and technical communications.
This person must be within the DMV area. The majority of this role will be remote; however, there will be a few days each quarter where you are required to be onsite in Rockville.
JOB DESCRIPTION • Familiarity with risk management and enterprise risk management principles • Ability to quickly understand new concepts and apply them • A strong understanding of statistical analysis, enabling the candidate to analyze and interpret complex data related to risk factors • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis • Strong problem-solving and analytical reasoning abilities are essential. The candidate should be adept at hypothesis testing and capable of engaging in inductive reasoning to draw insights from data. • A keen eye for detail is necessary for quality assurance and to ensure the accuracy of reports and analyses. • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
o Bachelors Degree
o 3 years of experience in Health-related field OR health consulting
* Prior health experience (NIH, CDC, FDA, etc.) preferred
o Strong in Microsoft Suite applications
* Specifically Excel o Ability to be client facing (professional, personable, punctual, etc.)
