Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement comprehensive learning programs and training modules, both online and in-person, that address skill gaps and improve performance
  • Facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and presentations for employees at all levels
  • Take primary role in planning leadership, management, and cultural development programs
  • Collaborate with department leaders and HR to assess organizational learning needs through surveys, interviews, and performance metrics.
  • Measure the impact of L&D programs through quantitative and qualitative methods
  • Utilize learning management systems (LMS) to organize, track, and report on employee training participation and completion
  • Maintain and update digital and print learning resources, ensuring content is current and relevant

Qualifications
  • Bachelors level qualification and 3-5 years of experience in learning and development
  • Strong instructional design skills with experience in e-learning platforms and multimedia tools
  • Familiarity with SCORM-compliant courses, authoring tools (e.g., Articulate), and advanced LMS features
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and public speaking skills
  • Strong analytical skills to assess training needs and evaluate program effectiveness
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
  • Strong organizational/planning skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and a high attention to detail

The anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is US$70,000 to $90,000 annually for US-based employees. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations, is based on a full-time work schedule, and is Bitsight's good faith estimate as of the date of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for participation in a bonus or commission plan and an equity grant. Bitsight also offers a competitive benefits package, including but not but limited to medical, dental, and vision insurance; paid parental leave; flexible time off; a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities; life and disability insurance; and tuition reimbursement.
