As the Master Data Management Product Manager specializing in HR data, you'll be the bridge between HR, IT, and Analytics teams. You'll oversee the organization's Employee Master Data, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and regulatory compliance. With a keen focus on data governance, you will shape HR data models, maintain data accuracy across systems, and support advanced analytics projects that enhance the employee lifecycle
Key Responsibilities:
Data Ownership: Manage and maintain the integrity of the Employee Master Data, working closely with HR stakeholders and IT teams.
Data Governance: Develop and enforce data governance standards for employee data, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations across global regions.
Analytics & Reporting: Support the People Analytics function by designing a robust data model, powering HR analytics to enhance organizational insights.
Project Management: Lead HR data quality initiatives, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data flows across multiple systems, including Workday, SAM, and more.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with IT, EA, and HR teams to align on HR strategic initiatives and manage the downstream integration of employee data.
Experience & Skills:
Core Expertise: 8+ years in MDM tools and technologies; strong background in data governance, HR analytics, and HRIS systems (preferably Workday).
Technical Skills: Experience with SQL, data modeling, data warehousing, and data cataloging; proficiency in analytics and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders, including senior leadership.
Project Management: Skilled in leading cross-functional projects with a focus on data quality, security, and privacy.
