Education, Experience and Other Skills
? Experience working in the travel industry or personal experience using travel products is preferred (flights, cars, hotels, cruises, vacation packages)
? One (1) year call center experience
? Customer service experience preferred
? Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and MS Office preferred
? Commitment to customer service
? Strong typing skills
? Strong familiarity with the internet incl. ability to navigate seamlessly between multiple applications
? Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
? Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
? High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
