Conduct oneself ethically and professionally in all electronic communications, avoiding inappropriate content and conflicts of interest, insider trading, or market manipulation.
Adhere to regulatory recordkeeping obligations, including retaining, archiving, and producing electronic communication data as mandated by applicable laws and regulations.
Follow Invesco's policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with approved applications and platforms for electronic communication, reporting any violations, and cooperating with compliance, legal, and audit teams.
Specific Duties:
Analyze requirements and design, build, and test solutions and enhancements for archiving and journaling.
Take ownership of project assignments to ensure successful implementation.
Engage in discussions related to new build initiatives and coordinate activities within assigned projects.
Identify opportunities for improvement within the team and drive initiatives to implement these enhancements.
Assist in streamlining processes and improving system efficiencies through innovative technology solutions and creative problem-solving.
Contribute to the migration of on-premises applications to cloud services.
Collaborate with other technology teams to provide exceptional services from an infrastructure perspective.
Mentor and coach the Operations team to prepare them to manage and support new services.
Develop and maintain all necessary documentation and processes for the ongoing support of implemented systems.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in electronic communications compliance, archiving, and discovery within the financial services sector.
Strong working knowledge of journaling and archiving solutions specific to the financial industry.
Familiarity with the financial services requirements for capturing electronic communications, including eDiscovery and surveillance solutions.
Experience with Enterprise Vault for archiving and journaling, as well as knowledge of Discovery and Compliance Accelerator.
Proficiency in utilizing 3rd party connectors for capturing various forms of electronic communication, including email, chat, and SMS.
Exposure to O365, specifically the Security and Compliance Center.
A strong security mindset.
